Patterns and parts

Formaplex specialises in manufacturing master patterns and individual components, and our state-of-the-art facility has the capacity to meet large-scale requirements in terms of volume and size.

We supply master patterns in a variety of epoxy or polyurethane model boards, fully finished and painted. We also manufacture individual component parts in a wide range of materials, including Rohacell foam cores and composite parts, for prototype and production purposes.
