High-volume injection-mould tooling at Formaplex is carried out to the highest standards by our expert engineers based in the UK and overseas.

All high-volume injection-mould tooling manufacturing is completed to European specifications in order to meet the requirements of our industry-leading clients.

Our high-volume injection-mould tooling service, which covers a comprehensive range of component part sizes, includes the supply of specialist tooling for low-pressure, back-injection fabric-covered mouldings. All tool trialling at client sites is overseen by Formaplex engineers.
