If you’re developing a next generation aero-engine, designing a new interior or making a wing lighter, we are aerospace composites manufacturing experts based in the UK who can engineer and develop carbon fibre, composite and polymer solutions for you.
We have been trusted aerospace composites suppliers since 2013.
Our wealth of experience with aerospace composites and tooling design and manufacture enables us to bring unparalleled lightweighting solutions to the sector, giving you increased efficiency. You get a complete composite and polymer manufacturing service, from tooling through to production for engine components, wings and aircraft interiors.
We give you the best design for manufacture support available plus rapid prototyping and series manufacture. With our 18 injection moulding machines, climate-controlled clean rooms and 5 autoclaves, we can accommodate some of the largest aerospace composite components. Our quality management systems comply with ISO 9001 and AS9100RevD.
We supply first class CNC-machined aluminium and composite parts. With 44 CNC milling machines comprising the latest 3 & 5 axis technologies, and with our largest 5-axis machine up to 8m x 6m x 2m operating 24/7, we provide fast and comprehensive machining solutions to our aerospace customers.
We are UK-based, operating 24/7. Our fast, flexible response means our customers have solutions more rapidly – in days or even hours rather than the weeks or months that sourcing from overseas can take.
