Having developed a widely recognised expertise in the design and manufacture of injection mould tools, we are able to apply the same philosophies and experience to composite compression mould tools. Our compression mould tools are used for the production of Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) components and wet pressed composite components such as cladding and body panels.
From patterns we are able to laminate and cure mould tools to the highest standards. We have relationships with the best known prepreg manufacturers so we can procure tooling materials at short notice. Our largest autoclave is 3m x 6m, allowing us to cure some of the largest mould tools required.
We have been machining epoxy and PU pattern tools since 2001. In supplying to the highest levels of motorsport we have developed a can do approach to rapid machining utilising our extensive suite of 5 axis CNC machines.
